Absolutely incredible vintage 1930s dress in blue. Ankle length, cut on the bias, it looks so flattering on. Features a cowl style neckline with voluminous puff sleeves and frilled skirt that swishes as you move. Made from heavy satin material in the most striking art deco pattern. Such a show stopper of a dress!
