Features a layered collar, matching ruffled detailing through the skirt and a ruffled hem that moves with every step. We washed it by hand, mended it stitch by stitch, and added yellow, blue and white floral appliqués, all sewn on by hand, to give it a new life. Made from slightly sheer and floaty organdy material that feels so light and breezy on. It comes with its matching sash to cinch the waist, and it’s a special piece for a wedding, garden ceremony or celebration.
