Vintage Designer Ritva Westenius Silk & Lace Wedding Dress With Two-Tier Veil S M

Romantic designer wedding dress by Ritva Westenius in cream from her archival 2007 collection. Acquired direcly from the bride herself, the dress was made to order in the Ritva Westenius London atelier. The gown is maxi length, with a sleeveless illusion lace bodice and a scalloped bateau neckline. The bodice is worked in silk floral lace appliqué over an internal boned corset and fastens with covered fabric buttons. It drops to a soft A-line skirt in pure silk with a net tulle overlay, gathered and draped at the hip with a handmade fabric flower, and falls into a small sweep train. Comes with a matching two-tier cathedral tulle veil edged in the same cream scalloped lace. Timeless and ethereal, it suits a bride who wants a classic lace wedding dress with a modern, easy shape. The veil can also be worn on its own.
